A good example of what can be achieved from a well-managed cooperative approach: today, De Saint-Gall brings together 12 producers and almost 2,000 winemakers situated on the best “terroirs”. This "brut tradition" is a very specific blend: two thirds chardonnay, one third pinot noir and aged on lees for two to three years.
