Made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown on Grand Cru parcels
in Ambonnay this rosé, produced by the saignée method, is completely different in style from the Premier Cru Rosé.
A ruby coloured wine, it displays complex, powerful aromas of red fruits and tropical fruits on the nose.
The palate is well-structured, frank and delicate, and the aromas present on the nose are echoed on the finish.
Its strength and finesse make this rosé an excellent wine to drink with
a meal; it is perfect with light meat dishes and desserts.
